张超,博士,中科院昆明动物所研究员。2014年毕业于电子科技大学,获得理学学士学位,2021年毕业于北京大学,获得理学博士学位,同年起于哈佛大学医学院/波士顿儿童医院开始博士后研究,2024年加入昆明动物所,组建大脑进化与生物信息学学科组,担任PI。目前在Nature Neurosciences, Science Advances, Nature Communications, Cell Reports, Nucleic Acids Research等杂志发表论文10余篇。

  研究方向

1.大脑功能的分子机制

借助单细胞转录组和空间转录组学,结合生物信息学,研究哺乳动物大脑进化与功能。借助云南丰富的遗传样本资源,构建多物种数字化空间细胞图谱,识别大脑细胞组织结构、细胞间的相互作用和通信机制,解析大脑功能的分子基础。


2.生物信息学

开发基于机器学习和人工智能技术的单细胞和空间转录组数据整合生物信息学算法工具;开发高效准确的跨物种单细胞图谱整合算法和工具。
