A Cross-species Cell Atlas (CSCA) provides single-cell transcriptomic profiles across 14 reproductive and CNS tissues from sheep and humans. By mapping cell-type-specific gene expression programs, the atlas reveals conserved and divergent regulatory mechanisms underlying reproductive development and traits. This resource serves as a comparative platform to advance understanding of mammalian reproduction and supports the use of sheep as a model for human reproductive biology.
